Crisp has been a Senior Fellow with the Partnership for Public Service since 2011, deriving her leadership style with the Public Service Leadership Model, which is the standard for effective government leadership, focusing on stewardship of public trust and commitment to public good as a core value. Since then, she has held several civilian positions throughout her career which include: Acting Chief of Staff to the Chief Information Officer for the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Consular Agent Coordinator for the Bureau of Consular affairs, Bureau of Consular Affairs’ Director of Human Resources.
